Wadi Tayib

Today we made a great excursion to Wadi Tayyib Al Ism, one of the many natural wonders of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Nestled in the middle of the mountains, this valley is located in the Tabuk province, on the Gulf of Aqaba. The gorge stretches for over 5km and ends in a splendid view of the Red Sea.

It is also known as the ‘Valley of Moses’ because it is where he spent ten years in voluntary exile after fleeing from Egypt or even “The Split Mountain” as according to local tradition, the split happened when Moses crossed the Red Sea from Egypt into Midian.

Absolutely beautiful and incredible to walk where Moses walked.
